Marco Anderes

CEO & Founder

Marco has been working in various areas of software development for over 20 years. During this time he was able to learn a lot about the optimal composition and support of development teams. He brings a lot of experience in gaining efficiency, especially through team building with the right characters. He has also strengthened his passion for accompanying process changes with a CAS in change management. Marco will now make his knowledge available to customers to make teams and projects more successful. True to the motto: «Change only happens if you have the courage and take a step.

Tomáš Pivko

CEO & Founder

Tomas has successfully worked in various leadership and management positions in the packaging industry for over 23 years. He has broadened his horizon with studies & courses in the areas of systemic business coaching, resilience and conflict resolution, change management and also a product owner (scrum.org) certification. Now the time has come to use this knowledge and experience profitably for our customers. Considering that software business is a people business, Tomas will make the difference and exemplify focus and passion.
